Job Vacancy with Project Antifreeze at Off the Fence

Role: Part-Time Homeless Prevention Keyworker

Hours: 22 ½ p/w on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays (and as required will also either include one Tuesday evening shift each week or fortnight)

Salary: £19,597.50 per annum (pro-rata for part-time employees)

Our main practical focus at Project Antifreeze is Keywork. All of our Keywork is focused on assisting our homeless clients and clients in low-level accommodation with the various difficulties they face. This mainly involves offering them advice with housing and benefits. We need someone on the team who can focus more on employment and apprenticeship options for the clients and helping the clients with pursuing and gaining success in those options. We believe that gaining success in these areas will help clients to maintain accommodation and be empowered. The applicant would need to have a great ability with engaging with a diverse group of people, primarily in one to one settings. They would also need to be confident in leading courses (some materials will be provided for this but the successful applicant will also need to source their own). They would also need to be able and comfortable to pray for clients and where required, play a part in leading our weekly Bible Discussions and Worship Services.
