Lunch clubs, 1-1 mentoring, group work, focus days, Prayer Spaces, prayer meetings, email conversations and busy diaries… it must be school term time again!

The summer break is usually a busy time for the Off The Fence Schools Team, and this year has been no exception. With lesson resources to review and prepare, Prayer Spaces to plan and a long summer ‘to-do’ list, the team have used the change of pace that summer brings to prepare for the start of a new academic year. They even took the time to re-paint the front of their new office space on Portland road, which also gave them the opportunity to chat with the neighbours and passers-by! All in all it has been a good summer and the team are ready for the term ahead.

Suzanne says “Summer is a great time for us. All the schools are closed so our usual timetable is a bit different and we can take the time to write lesson plans and get all those little jobs done that we don’t have time for during the school term.”
