Off the Fence Trust, a leading charity committed to addressing social and spiritual poverty and advancing social justice in Brighton and Hove,  is delighted to welcome Ms Sarah White as its new Chief Operating Officer. Sarah brings ten years of remarkable charitable sector experience and has played a key role in policy development, mass media communications, strategic management, service improvement, stakeholder engagement, and advocacy at the national disability charity, Sense.

At Sense, with its significant £85 million turnover, Sarah skilfully navigated policy influence and collaborated with operational teams to refine service offerings. Her wisdom in strategic planning and resource management has been essential in the introduction of services and the development of innovative organisational strategies. Ms. White’s adeptness in handling a variety of stakeholder relationships, bolstering income streams, and fostering team growth presents her as a true asset. Sarah’s extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance and governance will help maintain Off The Fence’s leading position in best practices and sector innovation.
